To me, a painting is not simply something to view — it’s something to feel. It’s a conversation starter, a memory holder, a lived experience embedded in pigment and form. A bowl is still a bowl, but once it's cast in gold, we no longer use it — we preserve it. Art works the same way: what it holds is shaped by what we bring to it.
